What to do....
Ok, so I have the opportunity to become the Manager of my old department. I really love my current position but this would be a promotion and Management Experience. I know I could do some good there but do I risk not liking it and leaving a position that I really do love? Any suggestions?

I don't know. I am a chicken when it comes to making decisions. When I feel comfortable somewhere I'd rather stay there than learn something new. However, if that's a step that will get you to where you want to be in your career then I say you have to go for it! You'll be awesome!!!
